      The drive-way is narrow and access with a wheel-chair from the car would be difficult.

      The property is rural and there is no regular bus service.

      The accommodation is on one level with no steps.

      Bathroom has 640 mm wide door-way – step up to shower  210 mm.  Door-way to toilet 565  mm wide.

      The bungalow is compact and not suited to use of a wheelchair.
